泵配套电机为什么要装加热器，什么情况下工作？

看有的泵电机有加热器，而有的没有。

所以想问一下，什么条件下才必须要加装加热器？

我个人认为：加热器应是作为除湿干燥之用，应在电机起动间隔较长时应用，不知对否

仅在高压电机上见过安装绕组加热[wiki]设备[/wiki]（不一定是泵配套电机），用于电机停用期间的防潮干燥。
什么条件下才必须要加装加热器，我想这应该取决于绕组有无因为受潮而击穿短路的可能，和电机本身的防护等级也有关系，这在电机出厂设计的时候都有配套安装，无须用户另行加设。
仅个人观点，不正确请指正。

[wiki]石油[/wiki]行业一般对于大于7.5 千瓦的电机都加空间加热器，用于电机停机时防潮。
其他行业我想也差不多吧。

主要是为了防潮考虑，根据应用场合，电机设计过程中都会考虑
根据电机内部空间来设计电加热器的功率大小，估算公式为W=3.25*W/D (kw)
其中W为电机端盖之间的距离，D为电机端盖的直径

我们提供的低温泵，有些情况下，在电机上需要增加伴热，或者说是加热电阻，其主要的作用是除湿，因为是低温泵，在泵停下来后，可能会导致电机内部结霜，为了保证电机的运行可靠，必须在内部加热。其二，是由于低温泵有可能到时输送介质的冷量传导至电机，导致电机过冷，烧损电机。
这个是我们的情况，不知对楼主有没有帮助。

问题是为什么有些电机的加热器是常开状态呢？

是不是因为，冬天比较冷，要开加热器；夏天虽然热，但湿度大，所以也要开加热器？？

那加热器的加热温度一般在多少度？

Anti-Condensation Heaters
All motors in excess of 5 kW shall be provided with heating devices to prevent condensation
during periods of idleness.
Heaters shall be of a fully insulated design, long life, and low temperature strip type.
Heaters shall be arranged to provide uniform heating of the stator and rotor windings, if
applicable, and shall maintain the temperature of the machine windings at approximately 5 °C
above ambient temperature.
The surface temperature of the heater element or the machine enclosure shall not exceed the
limiting temperature specified.
The connecting leads of the heater elements for motors in excess of 200 kW shall be brought
out to terminals in a separate heater terminal box mounted on the machine frame.For smaller

The supply voltage and frequency shall be as stated on the data sheets.
根据字面上的意思，可以看出来是除湿加热器。要求电机温度近似大于环境温度5度。
